Tsutsumi Takeru is a 4th year university student. He cannot figure out what to do and has been putting off applying jobs after graduation. He does not come from difficult circumstances, but he has never felt in control of his life. The only place where he can convey his feelings is the bar where he works part-time. A Cafe operates there during the day, and Takeru exchanges messages via written notes with one of its staff members, despite not knowing their face or name.
