Summer days on the French riviera.
The Roussier family’s fragile balance is shaped by the uncertain diagnosis of their youngest daughter, Bertille (13), who suffers from a severe disability. The parents Madeleine and Gilles along with older sister Marion (17), live in constant fear of losing her. Marion, disconnected from typical teenage dreams, seeks escape in a relationship with an older boy, Thomas. When a new diagnosis emerges, the family’s future is redefined, opening up unexpected possibilities. Bertille will live, and so will the family.
