By definition the digital nomads do online work and live a location independent life. But still, who are they and why do they choose this lifestyle? How do they differ from the travel-lovers of the previous generations? At start these were the questions that made the director, Kata Oláh curious when her daughter switched to this lifestyle. The more than three years, all the countries, the so many kilometers, conversations and filmed materials and the understanding of this very 21st century phenomenon all together brought a special personal, self- discovering journey to the director’s life. Being a world-traveler digital nomad is obviously a great adventure, but it’s not less exciting and rewarding to look at ourselves, to understand our past, and to accept the decisions of our descendants.
