Chef David Yárnoz runs a high-end restaurant in the North of Spain. He also heads a replica of that restaurant in Taiwan.  After 3 pandemic years, he manages to arrange a vital visitation to his Asian restaurant. When he arrives, besides facing the problems of bringing Spanish cuisine to the other side of the world, he also finds con- trasts and common ground with locals and makes a special friendship with a local high-end chef, Kai Ho, who tirelessly searches for influences to combine the produce of his land.
