A decade ago, Doctor Dino Rage launched an attack on Earth with his dino-beasts. Storm’s father Thunder and the entire blue tiger village disappeared in the battle, leaving young Storm allby himself. Today, Storm, now the captain of Cosmicrew, accidentally learns that his father and Doctor Dino Rage are likely to be trapped on a planet in another dimension. By creating a new dimensional chasm, Storm and his team reach the planet and find the missing blue tigers. It turns out the massive explosion created by the battle ten years ago unexpectedly transferred everyone there. Doctor Dino Rage imprisons many blue tigers including Thunder in his base to experiment on. Storm and the team rescue the blue tigers and his father, who has lost his mind because of the experiments. When Cosmicrew reopen the chasm to return to Earth, Doctor Dino Rage and his legion of dino-beasts follow and try to take over the world again. At this critical moment, Storm helps his father restore sanity. With Thunder’s help, the Cosmicrew manage to defeat the Dino Rage army and save the world.
